Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri reaches Lahore

Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri reached Lahore to address a grand public reception being
held in his honour to extend him a warm welcome at historic Minar-e-Pakistan, Lahore
on December 23. He would address 5 million people on the day in connection with
‘Let us save the state, not politics’ campaign. The address would be telecast live
around the world by Minhaj TV as well as leading broadcast channels of Pakistan.
Upon his arrival at the airport, the leaders of MQI warmly received Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri. He left for his residence from the airport in a caravan. On Sunday, Dr Qadri would announce a national reform agenda to put the country back on rails. The people are eagerly waiting for his speech. Meanwhile preparations of the said gathering have reached their final stage.
