Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees addressign Jummah gathering

Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees, Deputy Secretary-General of MQI, while delivering a sermon on the topic of "Service to Religion" during the Friday congregation at Jamy Shaykh-ul-Islam, stated that serving religion is a great honor and a special blessing from Allah, which leads to success in both this world and the hereafter. History testifies that only those nations and individuals succeed who serve religion with sincerity and devotion.

He emphasized that if we want our society to become a cradle of peace, justice, and love, we must understand and practice the true essence of religion. Mere verbal claims and speeches are not enough; rather, practical actions are the true essence of service.

Addressing the youth, Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees urged them to use social media and modern communication tools positively and contribute to the propagation and promotion of Islam. He highlighted that Islam is a complete code of life, providing guidance in every aspect of human existence, not just limited to acts of worship. He advised that we should mold our lives according to the Quran and Sunnah and be beneficial to others.

He further stated that today’s era is marked by intellectual confusion and ideological challenges, where efforts are being made to distort the true message of Islam. He emphasized that serving religion is not limited to preaching and teaching, but also includes social welfare, charitable work, helping orphans and the needy, and adopting good moral values.

He concluded by saying that if we truly wish to serve religion, we must seek guidance from the blessed life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
