Closing Ceremony of 10-Day "Diploma in Quran Studies" held

The closing ceremony of the 10-day "Diploma in Quran Studies" organized by the Department of Education and Professional Development (EPD) of Minhaj-ul-Quran was held with the participation of over 700 men and women. The 10-day training workshop covered Quranic understanding, translation, and Arabic language topics. The special guest of the event was Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, the Secretary-General of Minhaj-ul-Quran. The closing ceremony was attended by students, teachers, religious, and social personalities in large numbers. The course aimed to familiarize the younger generation with Quranic sciences and encourage them to make the Quran an integral part of their lives.
In his address, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur stated that Minhaj-ul-Quran is on a noble mission to connect the younger generation with the Quran. He emphasized that the Quran is not just a book to be read, but one to be understood and acted upon. Director of Education and Professional Development, Hafiz Saeed Raza Baghdadi, discussed the course's objectives and syllabus, highlighting that the program spanned 10 days, during which participants were taught Quranic recitation, translation, basic interpretations, and the practical application of Quranic principles in daily life.
He further explained that the Quran is not just about education but also a message of training, character building, ethics, peace, and enlightenment. He stated that the religious efforts of Sheikh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri are focused on promoting Quranic knowledge. Under his guidance, the EPD team is organizing "Diploma in Quran Studies" programs across the country. He concluded by saying that understanding the Quran correctly ensures the safety of faith and character.
The closing ceremony held in Faisalabad also saw the participation of Qari Rehstat Ali Chadhar, Allama Mahmood Masood Qadri, Allama Engineer Muhammad Sarfraz Qadri, Allama Hassan Mahmood Jamaati, and Allama Ahmad Waheed Qadri. At the conclusion of the event, certificates were distributed to the participants who completed the course. The participants praised Minhaj-ul-Quran's initiative, stating that the course had brought a positive change in their lives.
